DMP Flex 100
The DMP Flex 100 solution features a 100 x 100 x 90 mm (3.94 x 3.94 x 3.54 in) build volume, a 100W laser, all-in-one 3DXpert software for additive manufacturing in metal and a portfolio of qualified LaserForm metal powders. The DMP Flex 100 offers the flexibility of manual material loading.
The DMP Flex 100 is the smallest printer in the DMP series and is designed as an entry point to 3D printed manufacturing of high quality small and intricately detailed metal parts using direct metal printing (DMP).
3D Systems’ layer compaction technology allows the use of smaller particles, which help to generate the most detail available on the market and the smallest possible wall thickness. Our typical accuracy for small parts in metal is +/-50 μm (+/-0.002 in) and for large parts +/-0.2%. Part repeatability is approximately 20 μm (0.0008 in). 3DXpert, 3D Systems’ all-in-one software solution for Design for Additive Manufacturing (DfAM), is included with the DMP Flex 100 printer to ensure an improved, repeatable process for producing high-quality, optimized parts.
